RESERVATION

To ensure prompt confirmation, please supply us with the following details: total pax, arrival and departure dates, flight number, hotel preference and types of room needed.

COMMUNICATION:

Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by telephone or express email within at least 2 x 24 hours. We apply 24 hours reservation system to give high service for you.

RATES:

Transfer, excursion and package notes are NETT in bath RUPIAH and US DOLLARS. Children rates are negotiable depend on flight and hotel policy.

SIGHTSEEING AND PACKAGE TOURS:

All sigh seeing and package tours are included except airport tax, laundry, telephone call, and tipping. Request for guides proficient in languages other than English should be made in advance and are subject to availability.

PAYMENTS:

50% deposit requery after the reservation confirm and the balance sould be settle 3 days before your departure date. All payments are to be by telegraphic transfer to Bank account payable to EXPLORE KOMODO TOURS as follows:

VOUCHER SYSTEM:

Please insure one voucher for each city, detailing clearly all the services to be provided.

REFUNDS:

Will be apply if the reservation, cancel 1 week before your departure date.

CANCELLATION:

Will be charge 25% from the payment charge.
